Does Your Spa Make Its Own Bliss Balls?

A very common addition and staple of many day spas and even skin clinics nowadays are delicious (and adorable!) servings of bliss balls alongside clients’ chosen beverages – far removed from the snack-sized packets of pretzels, cheeses or cookies that most once served.

In an aesthetics landscape that recognises the important of inner wellness, and the digestive system’s influence on skin, bliss balls and organic protein snacks; served alongside delicious herbal teas, make the obvious choice when it comes to client refreshments – hence why pre-packaged beauty bliss balls are making such a statement in many top spa retail sections and countertop sales.

There is something particularly luxe, personal and artisanal about providing your clients with something hand-crafted when they walk through your doors (which might explain why places like Kailo Medispa and Face Plus are doing their own bliss balls!) so if you enjoy baking up a storm and can spare the extra prep time, here are some of our favourite pre-packaged mixes that are completely natural, easy to prepare and brimming with gut friendly and skin-loving ingredients. Just add a couple of extras, roll and refrigerate!
