Let Your Friends Know That Hair Festival Is Coming Up!

UPDATE: Hair Festival has been rescheduled to September 2021 due to the extension of the COVID lockdown in Melbourne, Victoria. They’re determined to make this year bigger and better than ever and want to give all of Australia’s hair industry professionals the chance to attend. Stay tuned for more updates, and keep the weekend of September 26 and 27 free – this one will be worth it.

Australia’s biggest hair industry event is back and set to be more inspiring, educational, and fun than ever.

Hair Festival has been dubbed the hair industry event of the year and for very good reason. This two-day extravaganza brings together some of the industry’s leading educators, brands and experts for a weekend designed to unite the industry and propel it forward into the future.

Held at Sydney’s Carriageworks over the Queen’s birthday long weekend, June 13 to 14, the dynamic event allows industry professionals the chance to learn, shop, compete and connect. Brought to you by our friends at INSTYLE, the weekend’s program includes the much-anticipated MarketPlace that offers free entry to those in the hair industry to shop the latest products, tools and more.

Across both days attendees can soak up plenty of knowledge and expertise. REALtalk is the hairdressing industry event that brings you a profound level of connection and a room of unbranded, inspirational, and authentic conversations. It invites powerful, ambitious hairdressers, salon owners, brand representatives and businesspeople to witness a significant line up of speakers discussing every important facet of the industry and salon management.

Then, on Monday 14 June, Festival Education Sessions will provide a broad mix of stimulating classes, demonstrations and speakers offered by some of the industry’s leading, most innovative, and forthcoming companies and personalities.

In the afternoon there’s the chance to compete on the live competition floor with three categories taking place; Barberstreet 2021, Editorial Glam Slam and Dream Team Collab.

Finally, the event wraps up with the ultimate chance to let your hair down at Festival Wonderland, a party that gives guests the chance to network while enjoying the festival themed entertainment, food and drinks.

Tickets for the Hair Festival are now available with attendees able to choose from an all access pass or individual tickets for their preferred sessions.
