Laser Clinics Australia Launches Special Recognition Program For Its Nurses

Laser Clinics Australia marks International Nurses Day by launching special recognition program for their nursing network.

Each day, scores of Australians nationwide turn to Laser Clinics Australia, a leading skin treatment provider, for expert, customised, and affordable cosmetic services overseen by Registered Nurses. As International Nurse Day approaches on May 12th, Laser Clinics Australia proudly acknowledges and celebrates the invaluable contributions of nurses within its network.

With Australia’s Registered Nurse profession projected to grow by 13.9% by 2026, cosmetic nursing and the realm of aesthetics have emerged as dynamic, adaptable, and fulfilling career avenues for Registered Nurses. According to the Australian Cosmetic Nurse Association board, hospital nurses increasingly transition to cosmetic medicine seeking enhanced flexibility, renumeration, working conditions, and career advancement.

In fact, over 80% of Laser Clinics Australia nurses originate from hospital backgrounds, with many balancing hospital duties alongside their aesthetic responsibilities.

As integral members of Laser Clinics’ team, International Nurses Day presents a special occasion to express gratitude and recognise the diligent efforts and quality care nurses provide to clients on a daily basis.

“Nurses bring a distinctive blend of clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and ethical integrity to the field of aesthetics, rendering them invaluable assets to businesses operating in this sector. At Laser Clinics Group, our roster boasts over 400 registered cosmetic nurses who devote time to educate patients on treatment options, anticipated outcomes, and post-procedure care, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal results. Within this community lies support, education, and opportunity.”

Registered Nurses at Laser Clinics specialise in non-invasive procedures, including laser treatments, body contouring, and cosmetic services.

“At Laser Clinics, we foster career progression within our nursing network at every juncture, offering individual development plans, preceptorship/mentoring programs, franchisee prospects, and continual access to industry gatherings, events, and training,” adds Bran.

In honour of their steadfast dedication to client care, Laser Clinics Australia has curated a series of events and initiatives for this year’s International Nurses Day.

Special Recognition

On May 12th, Laser Clinics will host morning teas to commend the exceptional efforts of its nurses. Each nurse in the network will receive product gifts, sweet treats, and a thank-you card from Laser Clinics Group CEO, Neil Lake.

Social Media Campaign/Competition

Laser Clinics will conduct social media competitions across its clinics worldwide, enabling local Registered Nurses to be nominated by the community for a chance to win a $250 gift voucher at their local Laser Clinics.

Laser Clinics Australia will be honouring over 250 of its Australian nurses for their professionalism and dedication to clients this International Nurses Day.
