Recipe: Terri’s Skin Salad Dressing

Perfect for your next summer meal, Synergie’s Terri Vinson creates a salad dressing recipe that is not only delicious but great for your skin.

“We all know the benefits of flax seed oil for providing vital omega fatty acids. All these ingredients are great for general health and specifically reduce inflammation and body acid levels.

“Ensure you use this dressing within a week as it is best eaten fresh,” says Terri.


100 ml Flax seed oil (organic where possible)
70 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 heaped tablespoon wholegrain mustard
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 sachet Natvia natural sweetener
dash of pepper


  1. Shake well and keep refrigerated
  2. Use on salad or steamed vegetables
