This Aussie Skincare Brand Will Be Part Of The Oscars Gift Bags This Year

Aussie skincare heads to Hollywood to cater for stars of the Silver Screen.

Australian owned and made skincare and cosmetics brand, ISSADA, will be a hot item in luxurious goody bags of the nominees and high-profile guests at Hollywood’s night of nights in LA, Sunday 12 March 2023.

ISSADA skincare, Australian owned and made and developed by entrepreneur, Deb Farnworth-Wood, was selected for inclusion in the carefully curated and absolutely lavish gift bags, worth up to $150,000 each, presented to celebrities and actors at the upcoming event.

This presence at the silver screen’s night of nights is ideal timing, as ISSADA will launch on the US market this year and this first foray is the ideal introduction. ISSADA also has an upcoming USA collaboration with Kylie Jenner and are in talks with several potential partners and distributors in other countries.

CEO Deb Farnworth-Wood, who is known as a “serial entrepreneur” and founded the Australian Skin Clinics franchise, said having ISSADA products at the Awards is the ideal springboard into the American market.

“We are ecstatic to have our skincare in the hands of actors and celebrities and so proud to be flying the flag for Australian-made products. We can’t wait to demonstrate the ingenuity and effectiveness of our skincare range. This year, we aim to begin marketing our brand of skincare and make-up in the US, so it’s perfect timing.”

Launched in 2006 as a boutique make-up range, ISSADA diversified in 2020, developing a cosmeceutical skincare range, ISSADA Clinical Formula.

“Our skincare contains highly potent active ingredients for optimum results. ISSADA products are available throughout Australia in spas, salons and clinics, and our stockists are trained to offer professional advice.”

The ISSADA clinical formula skincare range comprises 24 products, all developed and tested within a clinical environment to ensure their efficacy and results, with professional and home care options.

“Our growth in 2023 will be supercharged with our brand’s inclusion in the world’s largest celebration of the silver screen, our staff, suppliers, stockists, and loyal customers can be proud to see this proudly Australian small business represented in the world’s most lavish gift bags.”
