Recipe: Tropical Chia Breakfast Trifle

Gone are the days when glassware was solely for beverages, present clients with this appealing trifle made using Maxwell & Williams’ Mansion stemless red wine glass.


Chia Seeds
Coconut Cream
Natural Yoghurt


  1. Mix 1/4 cup chia seeds and 1/2 cup coconut cream in a bowl, place it in the fridge for a minimum 4 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  2. Using the pulp of two passionfruit, gently layer with a tablespoon of the chia seed mixture in the Mansion stemless wine glass and add a drizzle of mango juice in the base of the glass before adding natural yoghurt.
  3. Remove the chia from the fridge after it has set and spoon the mixture over the top of some yoghurt.
  4. Add two slices of fresh mango on top and refrigerate overnight.
