Ingredients

1 frozen banana, sliced
2 scoops BODY Inner Beauty Powder
2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
¼ cup macadamia nuts
½ tsp. mixed spice
1 pinch of turmeric
4 ice cubes, made using filtered water
