YOGA WORKSHOP Standing Postures
Sunday 8th November, 4pm-6:30pm (2 1/2 hrs)
Our modern sedentary lifestyle causes stiffness and rigidity to the body by weakening muscles and decreases flexibility. In this workshop you will open the potential to experience your full range of movement from the ground up! Good alignment allows you to do more with less effort.

TEACHER Domenica Ciampa
Domenica is a highly experienced and successful Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her focus over the years has been in educating her students to enhance the quality of their ‘inner’ wellbeing, establish new connections and discover new directions.
Her teaching style is exploratory and insightful, as well as challenging. This provides participants with an ability to experience a practice that transforms and illuminates states of moving and being.
