MyFaceMyBody Awards are the only consumer awards dedicated to the Australian aesthetic industry to recognise and reward brands for their product innovation and popularity.
Practices are also rewarded for exceptional experiences and outstanding service to their consumers.
The awards will culminate in a red carpet event on November 28 at Sydney’s Hilton Hotel, attended by leading health and beauty professionals, beauty brands, journalists, TV personalities and celebrities.
Having successfully established themselves in London as the awards, to win – if you’re an aesthetic or cosmetic surgery clinic or brand – the awards’ creator, Stephen Handisides, has launched the MyFaceMyBody awards in Australia to give consumers a voice in who their favourite brands, products and services are.
A team of international judges will be involved in drawing up the final shortlist in the categories covering the aesthetic, beauty, cosmetic surgery and media industries.
Stephen, who has been involved in the aesthetics industry for over 10 years, in TV, magazines and launched the successful MyFaceMyBody website, says: ‘After the huge success of the UK awards we have exported the idea to Australia where the popularity of aesthetics and beauty is rocketing.
‘The awards climax in a evening of exceptional glamour and celebrity, the likes of which the aesthetic industry rarely sees.
‘Because the awards are voted on by the consumer, the process is more transparent, fair and meaningful to the winners.
‘MyFaceMyBody.com is the ultimate social Q&A platform for cosmetic surgery, dentistry, aesthetics and beauty topics. Consumers can ask questions and have the opportunity of multiple expert answers to improve their decision making when finding the right treatment or products for them.
‘Our ethos is to alert consumers to the best practitioners and treatments via myfacemybody.com and our work on TV.’
