Clarisonic x Keith Haring
Clarisonic is proud to collaborate with the Keith Haring Foundation to offer their first-ever artist series of special-edition devices, available late October.
A visionary for his time, Keith Haring’s bold and energetic art exploded in popularity in the early 1980s. His life-long activism drove his work and impacted the messages imparted in it, until his death due to AIDS-related complications in 1990. Years later, his works of love, humanity and expression remain influential, accessible, moving and impactful across the world.
Co-founder Dr Robb Akridge spent a decade of his life as a HIV/AIDS researcher, fuelling Clarisonic’s passion for this partnership and sharing Keith Haring’s art and message of compassion worldwide.
“Before I was a co-founder at Clarisonic, I spent 10 years traveling around the world as a HIV/AIDS researcher. I was forever changed by that experience. Our holiday collaboration with the Keith Haring Foundation is so meaningful to me and to all of us here at Clarisonic. We’re excited and humbled to share Keith Haring’s art and message of compassion around the world,” Says Dr Robb.
The collaboration consists of two Mia 2 devices, LOVE and DANCE each patterned with a different image from Keith Haring’s iconic work.
Each device comes packaged in a limited-edition, ready-to-gift box patterned to reflect the device inside. It also includes a special water-resistant cosmetic bag, with the Love print on the outside and the Dance print lining the inside.
