Luxury wellness in the heart of Sydney.
Slow House, a leader in the wellness movement, has officially unveiled its first franchise location in Bondi Beach, setting a new benchmark for luxury and relaxation in Sydney. Slow House, originally founded by Natassjha and Jody Coggan, has sold its first franchise, a tranquil subterranean bathhouse in the heart of Bondi Beach. The 700-square-meter space is now under the ownership of the founders of Beachouse Gym–Marc Dias, Paul Dias, and Jason Zammit-who are set to take it to new heights.
Situated in the iconic Pacific Building, the 700-square-meter subterranean oasis is a serene escape for both locals and visitors. Slow House’s Bondi Beach location brings together an impressive range of amenities, including:
- Traditional Sauna for deep heat therapy and detoxification
- Ice Baths to invigorate and boost circulation
- Magnesium Pools for ultimate relaxation and recovery
- Private Infrared Sauna Suites offering personalised wellness experiences
- Therapeutic Spa Treatments, Massages, and Facials tailored for rejuvenation
- Bondi’s First Steam Room, an exclusive addition to the wellness landscape
With a design ethos centred on creating a sanctuary of calm, the new space encourages connection, relaxation, and mindfulness—a natural fit for Bondi Beach’s vibrant community.
Accessibility meets exclusivity
Recognising that wellness should be inclusive, Slow House offers tiered membership options designed to suit various lifestyles as well as casual sessions and multi-pack gift cards. Open daily from 6:30 AM to 9 PM, the bathhouse is poised to cater to early risers and evening unwinders alike.
“Our goal with Slow House has always been to foster a space where wellness is accessible and restorative,” shares Natassjha Coggan. “Bondi Beach’s vibrant community and iconic setting make it the perfect location for our first franchise. We’re thrilled to bring this new chapter of Slow House to life.”
The opening of Slow House Bondi Beach underscores the growing demand for immersive wellness experiences that blend luxury with holistic health benefits. For spa and clinic professionals, this launch hints at a notable shift in consumer expectations toward comprehensive wellness offerings that prioritise mental and physical rejuvenation.
