Artisan Dreams Big

Artisan Aesthetic Clinics, one of the latest premium medical aesthetic names on the scene, has just launched in Sydney, after a rapid expansion beginning in QLD last year. Vita Group, known for their purchase last year of the $9.5 million Clear Complexions network, hopes to expand its new network of Artisan clinics to 70-90 nationwide over the next five years.

Starting with brand new locations in Balmain and Mosman, Artisan now hopes to provide Sydneysiders with bespoke and medically-led services, going above and beyond when it comes to the client experience – which is apparent just by looking at the clinics’ jaw-dropping polished concrete and blush-trimmed aesthetic.

“Artisan addresses a gap in the market for a premium, medically driven brand that places client safety and care at the forefront of everything they do,” said Maxine Horne, CEO of Vita Group, which operates Artisan Aesthetic Clinics. “At Artisan, delivering the best quality service and client experience is paramount, which we achieve by consulting with our clients, understanding their concerns and wants and matching those to the appropriate treatments from Australia’s leading medical practitioners.”

Every Artisan clinic is led by a doctor and supported by trained nurses, dermal therapists and clinicians. Artisan’s Balmain clinic is led by esteemed cosmetic doctor and aesthetic trainer, Dr Qikun Bao, who specialises in anti-wrinkle, dermal filler, laser rejuvenation and thread lifts. The Mosman clinic is led by Dr Andreas Fox, who trained at the University of Oxford and has more than 20 years of experience in practice.

Artisan’s network is even guided by an experienced medical board, led by Dr

Linda Williams ( with 17+ years experience globally) to ensure the highest possible standards. Dr Williams is one of only 12 Allergan Medical Institute Trainers across Australia and New Zealand, and a member of the Allergan Advisory Board.

“Our experienced and capable board of medical practitioners is a key differentiator for Artisan,” said Ms Horne. “We are committed to being at the forefront of driving best practice and client safety, not just across our network of clinics, but within the industry.”

“Artisan is not one size fits all. Everyone is different and requires a tailored treatment plan to achieve the best results. In truly making our mark in the space and setting the standard for best practice, each of our clinics is unique in their design and provide our clients with a truly luxe experience where they feel confident knowing they’re in expert hands, receiving the highest-quality care.”

Artisan Aesthetic Clinics currently has 13 clinics across Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales, with plenty more set to follow over the coming months.
