Spa Vision, Australia-based global experts and supplier to the spa, health, beauty & wellness industries, have broadened their premium offering for 2019 with the addition of Continuum Pedicure Spas, further enhancing their luxury product range.
Continuum, a household name throughout the nail industry, was founded in 2006 by John Meyerovich and Joe Galati. With a background in Cryogenic Engineering, the late Meyerovich proudly invented the world’s first whirlpool pedicure station, patented in 1985. The pair introduced the world to the first luxury pedicure spa (known as the Maestro) in 2007, and to this day, the company produces pedicure spas that are handcrafted to the highest specification, with materials and finish customisation options also on offer.
Susan Auld, Director of Spa Vision, says of the portfolio addition “We are delighted to add Continuum pedicure spas to the Spa Vision portfolio, as we continue to build on our first class spa products. For us the key is that Continuum pay particular attention to detail to optimise the look, but more importantly the overall pedicure experience. The pedicure spas offer four-way seat movement for maximum comfort, as well as exceptional ergonomics.”
The first UK client to take delivery of the new Continuum offerings from Spa Vision is leading resort, Crieff Hydro in Perthshire, Scotland, and now housed in their refurbished guest spa. The historic spa hotel began its journey as a hydropathic spa in 1868, boasting 19th century style clean eating, outdoor gyms and hydrotherapy treatments. Nowadays, the spa offers a range of facial, nail and body treatments, plus adults-only hydrotherapy facilities including steam room, sauna, spa bath, ice fountain, and cold and warm showers.
Fiona Young, Family Spa and Wellbeing Manager at Crieff Hydro, said, “The team at Spa Vision, led by Susan Auld, delivered an exceptionally personal and efficient service which was a highlight for us. Their highly professional approach was consistent throughout and even as the chairs were being unloaded at Crieff, Susan was proactively ensuring everything went smoothly. We are delighted that our therapists and guests love the new Echo LE chairs by Continuum and they have considerably enhanced our pedicure experience, all thanks to Spa Vision.”
